One-on-One & Partner Training

The main emphasis of my training programs is resistance training, because I believe staying strong is a key component to longevity. As we age, our metabolism begins to slow down and muscle loss occurs. The only way to combat this is to get stronger. Strength training is also beneficial for weight loss because it boosts your resting metabolism which means you will burn more calories at rest. Below are the programs I run with my clients. All of these can be done in a gym or your home.    

Strength training

Traditional weight lifting with rest between sets to allow for recovery time so maximum effort can be put into each set. Strength training is the foundation for which subsequent programs are built on.

Hypertrophy training

Build muscle by doing supersets to promote muscle growth.   

Fat loss

Reduce body fat while increasing strength. This program has a high intensity component to finish each workout.

 

Circuit training and general fitness

Increases endurance and tones muscles. It is a great way to work every muscle group, burn calories, and boost energy levels.
